QUOTATION CALL NOTICE

Sealed quotations are invited from reputed and registered firms for printing of 2500 Pc. of College Magazine “Ayatana” for the Session: 2022-23. The approximate length of Magazine is about 80 A4 size pages.

The following terms and condition should be obeyed while submitting the Quotation:

1: A sample of printing paper (preferably Hanuman paper/Sewa paper/Orient double crown size) for 2500 copies of Magazine with cost per each page should
be supplied.

2: Sample paper for the cover page and its cost for the Magazine is to be mentioned.

3:Type-setting and printing charges per page (in Black and white) for different language (viz: Odia, English, Hindi) for the Magazine are to be mentioned.

4: Printing charges for multi color printing per page in Photo Glossy paper for the Magazine are to be mentioned.

5: Printing charges for cover in multi color printing with lamination for the Magazine are to be mentioned.

6: Binding charges per book.

7: The approximate total cost for the Magazine.

8: The printed Magazine must be delivered at college Library at your cost within a month from the date of receipt of the articles by the Firm.

9: The authorities reserve the right to accept or reject the Quotations without assigning any reason thereof.

10. The bill must have the GST Number.

11. The Bidder should submit in writing to provide add-on orders of the Magazine (if required) at the same price with next 2 months from the date of issue of the first order.

12. Quotations will be opened at 2:30 P.M on 02.01.2023 in the Principal's chamber. Intending bidders or their representatives may attend at the time of opening the quotations.
